The sale of luxury products requires specific skills and expertise and superior training to approach an extremely sophisticated, international and demanding clientele.

Until now, professionals of this type have been trained only through in-company training with on-the-job experience, but always with operational characteristics that are no longer sufficient in a context of global enterprises typical of this sector.

One of the world’s largest players, LVMH, has chosen Ca’ Foscari Challenge School, thanks to its economic-business and linguistic excellence, to be the first player in this path.

The Master in Luxury, Client Advisor and Retail Excellence, born from the collaboration with the ME Institut LVMH, offers a unique learning opportunity to specialize in the field of sales of luxury products. The course allows to acquire a double theoretical-practical training in alternation and includes an internship inside one of the boutiques of the Maisons of the LVMH group, partners of IME: Bulgari, Christian Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, Sephora.

Moreover, participants will join the ME Master Classes, visit boutiques and exchanges with Managers of the Maisons to discover the culture of luxury and observe the craftsmanship to offer a unique and excellent experience to the client.

The Master, entirely in English, aims to train Department managers and Store managers of shopping centers dedicated to luxury and high-end products, Sales assistants of luxury products in an international context, Private customer advisors in the luxury sector.

Numerous innovative teaching activities are planned, from team working to learning by doing, such as mystery shopping and role playing games, up to workshops and visits to stores.
